SIMPLE and FREE CANDIDA TEST


How do you know if you have candida? This saliva test is a good indicator of candida and you can do it yourself!



When you awake in the morning, before you put anything into your mouth, work up some saliva and spit it into a clear glass of water. You may want to spit in the glass 3 or 4 times, just make sure you have enough saliva in the glass to cover the surface of the water. You want to observe the reaction of the saliva in the glass about every few minutes for up to 30 minutes. If there are strings coming down from your saliva, if the water turned cloudy, or if your saliva sank to the bottom, you may have a yeast or fungal concern!

(You may want to put out a glass of water in the bathroom or on the nightstand the night before you wish to do the test just to remind yourself not to brush your teeth prior to spitting into the glass.)

(Yes, we have seen people test negative for yeast with this test. If you do NOT have a yeast concern, your saliva should stay at the top of the glass and will eventually dissipate.)

Wenn du am Morgen aufwachst und bevor du etwas in den Mund nimmst, bringe etwas Speichel hoch und spucke ihn in ein Glas mit klarem Wasser. Du kannst 3- oder 4mal in das Glas spucken müssen, nur überzeuge dich, daß du genug Speichel im Glas hast, um die Oberfläche des Wassers zu bedecken. Du mußt das Verhalten des Speichels im Glas etwa alle paar Minuten bis zu 30 Minuten beobachten. Wenn dort Fäden von deinem Speichel aus nach unten führen, wenn das Wasser trüb wurde oder wenn dein Speichel zu Boden sank, hast du möglicherweise einen Hefe- oder Pilzbefall!

(Du kannst in der Nacht, bevor du den Test machen willst, ein Glas Wasser ins Badezimmer oder auf den Nachttisch stellen, um dich einfach daran zu erinnern, daß du dir nicht die Zähne putzt, ehe du in das Glas gespuckt hast.)

(Ja, wir haben Leute gesehen, die auf Hefe mit diesem Test negativ testeten. Wenn du NICHT von Hefe betroffen bist, sollte dein Speichel im Glas oben bleiben und wird sich schließlich auflösen.)
